Books That Took Me Forever To Read || Top 5 Wednesday

Hey

Today is another Top 5 Wednesday. And it's on The books that took me forever to read. Weather it just took a long time or if I was in a reading slump while reading it and that's why it took a long time.

New Moon
Stephanie Meyer
I am not the biggest twilight fan out there at all. I haven't even read the last two books. And thats because of new moon. My reading challenge for this year was going super well. I was reading 2-3 books a month and then boom. I read New Moon and then it took me over a month to read it and then it put me into a massive slump.

To All The Boys I've Loved Before
Jenny Han
Ahhhhh this book. Not the best book I have ever read. And it's not a great way to be introduced to an author who everyone seems to like. I wanted to finish the books so quickly so I could get on to the next book and what ever book I read next was brilliant. (My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick).

The Help
Kathryn Stockett
The Help is a really good book but it took me so long to read. I would pick it up. Put it back down. And then pick it up again and start over again

One Day
David Nicholls
Maybe I shouldn't have watched the movie before the book. Every time I would pick the book up all I could see was the movie and I was kinda ruined for the ending because I had seen the movie. However I did manage to finish the book finally after what seemed like forever.

Fan Girl
Rainbow Rowell
For me Fan Girl is a lot like To All The Boys I've Loved Before. Everyone loved the book. Everyone loves Rainbow Rowell and I kinda spoilt myself by reading the book because it was such a popular book. It took me ages to get into the book and then ages to actually finish it. And because of that I didn't like it as much as everyone else.
