Repurchase or Release: BRONZER

Hey

and welcome back to my bog, today's post is on the Bronzer's I would Repurchase or Release, well this one is an easy one for me to write because I have only 2 bronzer's and both of them I would release. I am not a big bronzer kind of person. I found that I have no idea what I am doing with bronzer. I do like bronzer but I find that because I have no idea what I am doing I look orange.

The Sun Shimmer by Rimmel is a beautiful bronzer, but the shimmer is really on the top first real layer of the bronzer and after a while it goes away, It is a lot more orange then what I wanted and would look really good if you had a great tan.

Left is untouched with shimmer and right is touched a handful of times

Ticket to Brazil by wet and wild is a bit more bronzey looking and the one I tend to go to if I do bronze, but again I wouldn't waste my money and by another. This would look good if you had a softer tan

Repurchase or Release: LIQUID LINER

and welcome back to my blog. For me Liquid Liner completes my look. I never used to wear it, my old make up routine was very simple. But now I wear it and I dont know why I didn't before. What I like about Liquid Liner as well is that it looks good if you are wearing eye shadow or if you are not

Glam Eyes - Rimmel London

The Glam Eyes liquid liner is my staple, its the one that I wear on a daily basis, I like how it is a small the brush is. It is a buildable liquid liner so you can do a thin line or a bigger line, or cat eye. Its the perfect liner. I have brought this over and over again, and will continue to repurchase it. It also looks goo if you wear eye shadow or if you don't. The applicator of this like a brush it is really flexible.

Exaggerate Eye Liner - Rimmel London

This is a recent find, I forgot that I had it until I moved and was clearing out my makeup, getting rid of old makeup, I like it for the fact that it gives a thicker line then the Glam Eyes that I just wrote about. Again it is great with eye shadow, it dose give a thicker line, it is a great date night/night out liner. The applicator of this brush is a bit more stable then the glam eyes. 

Super Slim - Loreal

It is one felt tip kind of liner that I loved, its the only one that I found that worked really well for the look I was going for. It is the higher end of drugstore and I would love to get it again and one day I will.

  

Release

Scandleyes Jumbo Liquid Eye Liner - Rimmel London

I love rimmel product 90-95% of the time but this one is such a disapointment for me. It wouldnt work at all, there was hardly any product in it, it is like a sharpie that is out of ink and wont work. It is a total release. I also found that this kind of liner also dosent work that well for me. It reminds me to much of a sharpie. The thickness of it is great for date night or night out looks, but i would much rather go for something else that gives a dramatic eye

Scandleyes - Rimmel London

This is the smaller version of the one I wrote about above, but it has the same problem, it is like a thin sharpie that is run out of the ink, it wouldnt work. What I will say is though when it did work on the odd occasion it was such a sloppy mess, when I got this I was used to putting liquid liners on. This is more of a day time kind of liner its such a small tip. On the occasion that I did get it to work it was really bad, it didn't work that well, and I have found other products that work so well

Waterproof Liquid Liner - Maybelline New York

I liked this liquid liner alot just or the fact that it is waterproof, and the applicator where the product is, is nice and sturdy and a lot like the Exaggerate Eye Liner by Rimmel London, and it went on nicley, but I had other ones that I liked a lot more then  I liked this one

Expert Liquid Liner - E.L.F

I saw a git set a few years ago and I picked one up, there were 2 liquid liners and 2 eye liners, and while I like some ELF products I dint like this one.

Repurchase or Release: EYE SHADOW

Repurchase

Naked 3 - Urban Decay

Like I said in my January favorites that I really like this pallet, I must say I was suprised at how much I like the pallet, I am not a massive fan of eye shadows, so picking out the right one of the three was really hard. I looked at all three and found that this one would work best for me because if the eye shadow is to dark for me I look as if I have been punched in the face. It is such a great pallet, and for how much it cost I would hope so

L'Oreal Infallible

I got two of these Infallible eye shadow I loved this one. Its a really perfect purple color, this it goes on so beautiful, you only need to use a little because it is such a strong color when it applies to your lid. It is an amazing color payoff. It goes really well with having a dark shadow in the crease, and with liquid liner, 

Release

Loreal Infallible 017

While I loved the other one, I really didn't like this one to much. While it is  a beautiful colour, it is so hard to get on to a brush, and when I did get enough on to a brush and on to my lid i felt as if it didn't stay on. I love the packaging of it though

Maybelline Quads

Blue

Purple

I got two of these, a Puprley one and a bluey one, I found that the lighter colours were to light for me and that the darker shades were really dark for me that I look like I have a black eye. The colours are really nice and I like them in the packaging and when I swatch them they are great, They are hard to pick up on a brush. I like how they have a giltter shimmer in them, but I would have to release them just for the fact that it makes me look like I have been punches in the face



Maybelline Color Tattoo
I got three of these, and loved them, really loved them, they were such beautiful color, had great payoff, picked up well on brushes, but because I don't wear eye shadow that much they dry up so easy which is a shame just because of how nice they are, I wouldn't buy them again because I know I would be in the same situation where I wouldn't wear them they would dry up. The worst one for drying up is  the black one. I really like the packaging it is different. It is quite heavy but very stable.

Repurchase or Release: SETTING POWDER

and welcome back to my blog, Today's post is another Repurchase or Release, and this one is all about Setting Powder. I never used to wear setting powder, until I saw it on YouTube and I started using it. I have loved using them

Repurchase 

L'Oreal True Match

I have repurchased this so many times, I will continue to. I love it, and will continue to. I love the packing, and it is a perfect shade for me. It is the most expensive one that I own, but then L'Oreal is an expensive drugstore brand

Stay Matte - Rimmel London

I have brought countless of this setting powder, I love it, I am either 003 Natural or 004 Sandstorm. The packaging is so simple, the product for me works really well. I will continue to buy this. I have found that Walmart always has the best prices for it

Release

Dream Wonder - Maybelline

I found that while this is a really good setting powder after a while it started not to work that well for me. There is 2 sections in this product. The actual product and then the second part there is a sponge and a mirror. The packaging is not that great and I find the sponge and mirror is not really worth it and I never use them. I am in shade 10 Porcelain Ivory

Repurchase or Release: MASCARA

and welcome back to another Repurchase or Release post, this one is going to be on Mascaras. I have a big thing with mascara's I love them. I have tried countless and loved and hated so many. 

Repurchase

Loreal Butterfly, is an amazing mascara. L'Oreal is on the higher end scale of drug store, so I will only get the mascara is it is on sale, but I really do like the effects that it has on my lashes. I havent gotten one in a while and I want to get another one soon.

Loreal Mis-Manga, is a masscara that everyone was raving about and it is 100% worth all the possitive reviews that people say about it.

The Rocket by Maybelline, again is one that everyone raved about that is worth the money, its not one of my favorites but I would repurchase it in a heart beat and have done countless of times

The next four are all by Rimmel London, and if you have read any of my previous makeup posts Rimmel is my favorite makeup brand, I love these four mascara's. They are all completly different yet work so well.

The Kate mascara is just as amazing as the lipsticks. The brush is beautiful, I love the packaging. I think I am on my second or third one and would buy it again. My lashes look really full and long. Its everything that I look in a mascara

The Lift Me Up is amazing just like the Kate mascara yet it is completely different, again the brush is amazing, and it smells lovely.  My lashes feel great when I use it and am on my second one, and would buy it again

The Volume Accelerator dose exactly what it says, my lashes look amazing, feel great and when I am having a 'bad' lash day, this is one product that makes my lashes look and feel great, my lashes look massive, I have and will continue to buy









The Wonderlash by Rimmel and I love it, I have brought multipule, I have found that it is good and I really like it, but I have found that it works best for me when I have already applied mascara and it looks clumpy I have found that this one unclumps them really well. When I have used this one on its own it works just as great.








Release

Wet and Wild Mega Volume, I was so disappointed with this mascara, I thought it would be a good prodct but I was really scared of using it, I felt that I was going to poke my eye out with it, I would forget that I had it and when I did use it again it was dried up. 

I did like the NYC Big Bold Curl it was a really good product but I have found mascara that I prefer a lot more that at the moment I dont think I would buy it again at the moment






Rimmel London Accelerator Endless is another product that scared the hell out of me.  The applicator is really creepy, and I thought it was going to poke my eye out. I didn't like the finish either. I like my lashes to look longer and bigger and this did neither










Rimmel London Scanaleyes Rockin Curves, I liked this mascara but found that I preferred another mascara, and again when I did go to use it again, it had dried out and was unusable. I liked the feel of it and how 'chunky/big' it felt in my hands, and when I applied it, it was an amazing mascara, but at the moment, I wouldn't buy it again
