This post should have been up months ago. And when I say months ago I mean in like April. We’re now nearing the end of the year, and I am putting it up.

If you know two things about me is that
1. I don’t like to read popular books right away. I always feel that if a ton of people recommend it all at the same time it puts me off and I don’t like it as much.
2. I like getting books from thrift stores just as much as going to the full price book store.

So when I saw the first four Mortal Instruments at a local thrift store for 75 cents each. Picking them up was a no brainer. And they are in pretty good condition.

*Update 1*
(April 2 19)
If I am being honest I am struggling with the book a bit. I’m about 100 pages in or so and I am finding it difficult.

*Update 2*
(4/4/19)
I am about 50 pages after update 1, and there are some good parts of the next pages but if I’m being honest I am so confused by what’s happening, who is who and how they play a role in the book, and in curtain parts such as shadow hunters, and all the other people and groups there are.

I am also finding the characters not that interesting. I got to about 170ish Pages and just gave up I found it really difficult to get into. Saying that there will be a full review hopefully
