How Cruel Is My Makeup
So I saw this as a video ages ago. And this has just been a post in my phone and just haven’t posted it.
Over the years I have found that my makeup routine has changed a lot. I don’t wear as much as I used to and when I do it’s very minimal. I know I should be better with what I buy and it being cruelty free or vegan but I have found a happy balance in my routine.
Real Techniques
Cruelty free
I’ve always known that they have been cruelty free. I have quite a few brushes. I have the three basic sets that they came out with forever ago, when it was just Sam’s name in the brushes. You know the first three that came out in the cases. I also use the sponge and have a single lip brush.
I find that I used my foundation brush and buffing brush a lot more than any other brush.
Vaseline
Not Cruelty free
Vaseline Problem Skin Therapy
I have only started using Vaseline within the last year. I got it because it was cheaper then what I normally get and a bigger bottle. I kinda like it when I first got it but as I’m near the end it has definitely changed in consistency
Essence
Essence is a newer make up that I wear and it’s 100% cruelty free. I love there mascara and eye liner but have found that the 2in1 really not that great.
Essence mascara
Essence 2in1 Eye Liner
Essence Eye Pencil
Urban Decay
Cruelty free
Urban Decay Naked 3
I rarely use my naked 3 pallet because I have super sensitive eyes, and my eyes always look like I’ve been punched in the face within hours of putting it on. Or any eye shadow for that matter.
Rimmel London
Not Cruelty free
I know it’s not cruelty free but I love Rimmel London’s makeup and I have done ever since I’ve started wearing makeup when I was about 14/15.
Rimmel London Hide The Blemish
Rimmel London Match Perfection
Rimmel London Lasting Finish
